Autumn Weather
The weather in autumn in Bulgaria is mostly influenced by the big cyclones and fronts from North-West Europe and the warm south air masses preceding them. The daily temperatures during the autumn are between 5 and 18 °C.
In October and even later in November there could be long periods (up to 2 weeks) of very warm weather, the so called "gipsy summer".
The second half of November and beginning of December may be foggy and rainy and it is getting colder. Around Christmas time the weather is very cold and it often snows.
