Ingredients for preparing a Panagyurski Iaica:

. 3 eggs
. 1 cup yoghurt
. white cheese
. salt
. red pepper
. garlic

Panagyurski Iaica Cooking Directions:

Brake the 3 eggs in a frying pan with a little salted water. Put yoghurt, crushed white cheese and sliced garlic in a shallow plate and add the eggs on top. Sprinkle the eggs with red pepper.
