Ingredients for preparing a Palachinka:
. 2 eggs
. half a cup of milk
. third of a cup of flour
Palachinka Cooking Directions:
Mix the ingredients so that they form a thin batter. Heat small to medium-sized skillet or crepe-maker and add butter to coat the pan, about half a tablespoon. Add the butter to the pan until it fills it to about half a centimetre thickness. Cook until the top is no longer shiny and flip.
Serve Palachinka with honey.
